With over 90% of home buyers now choosing to browse the internet rather than visiting estate agents or looking in their local paper, there is no need to advertise your house with a local estate agent.
A high street estate agent will typically charge you a commission of between 1.5% and 2% of the sale price of your property. If you sold your house for £200,000 and paid 2% commission it would cost you £4,000! That’s £4,000 of real money you have parted with.
At move4us we have chosen to do away with the burden of expensive high street offices. This combined with clever use of the very latest technology means that we can offer you an extremely cheap, yet equally effective, way to sell your house.

The Process
1. A Few Initial Questions
After you have instructed us we will contact you to discuss your marketing in more detail. We like to agree an outline of your sales particulars prior to visiting your property. This way we can be sure to check the accuracy of what we are saying and keep in line with the Property Misdescriptions Act.
2. Visit your House
One of our trained property inspectors will visit your home in order to gather the details for your property particulars. They will take floorplan measurements along with numerous high-quality photographs.
3. Prepare your Property Particulars
The details gathered by our property inspector are sent electronically to our servers. Our service team will then check these details before emailing them to you for approval.
4. Advertise your House
Once you have approved your property particulars they will be uploaded to every major property website in the UK.
5. Find you a Buyer
We will arrange viewing appointments for interested buyers and gather feedback from the viewing. We will let you know immediately if offers are made and negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best possible price.
6. Manage your Sale
We can help you or your buyer with finding a solicitor or arranging a mortgage. We can liaise with your solicitor and other parties in the chain. We will manage the entire sale process through to completion.
Where will my property be advertised?
In order to maximise your exposure we advertise on all of the major property websites not to mention over 150 other national & local websites. That’s around 100 million searches per month! Traditional estate agents tend to subscribe to just one or two of these sites which is why the chances of finding a buyer through us are at least as good as with a high street agent. Already with an agent?
We do not insist on Sole Agency contracts. You may market your property with whomever you like but remember if we sell it you won’t incur all that commission.
If you have instructed another agent on a sole agency and/or sole selling rights basis, the terms of those instructions must be considered to avoid the possibility of being liable for two sets of fees.
