What are online estate agents? Well we are fully fledged estate agents and as such provide the full services of an estate agent. In fact we aim to go much further than your traditional estate agent. We understand the need to be available at the times buyers are actually looking at property. For that reason we are open 7 days a week from 8.00am – 8:00pm most days.
We use text messaging and email as well as the phone to make sure that we can contact you and your buyers quickly and efficiently. We use electronic tools to measure your advertising performance. We know exactly how many people are looking at you property details and how much interest they are showing compared with other properties. We can measure the level of demand in your area and gauge whether or not your house is priced right.

Traditional estate agents usually subscribe to just one or two of these sites which is why the chances of us finding you a buyer are at least as good as those of a high street agent. No Sole Agency Contracts
Estate agents will always try to tie you in with a sole agency contract for 3 months or more. Once you have agreed to this you essentially cannot market your property with any other agent during that time even if you haven’t had a single viewing. This is ridiculously restrictive and you should not to agree to such terms.
We don’t believe in tie-ins. If you market your property with us then you are free to also use another agent if you wish. Having said that we would not recommend it as doing so is almost always counter-productive. Most estate agents will be advertising on one of the big property portals and if by chance your buyer sees their ad before ours, then you will be liable for a much higher fee.
If you are in two minds, try using us first and then a high street agent. Not the other way around. We don’t tie you in so you really have nothing to lose. Remember if a high street agent sells your house you will end up paying a lot more commission!

Our marketing services cover the whole of the UK. Presentation is vital to ensure that we attract the most buyers. We have a nationwide network of agents carefully selected for their skill and understanding of property photography and their ability to create accurate professional floor-plans. Each agent possesses a high quality Digital SLR camera with wide angle lens. All of our agents are qualified Domestic Energy Assessors.

I had the misfortune to deal with another high street estate agents and I found the service to be truly appalling. It was a struggle to speak to our estate agent as she "was busy on the other line" most of the time and then hardly ever returned our calls. We were constantly told to be patient with the vendor weeks after he had stopped any form of contact with the estate agency or our solicitors.
The icing on the cake was when the sale was eventually cancelled by the estate agents, she did not even call to inform us and had left to go on holiday. I only found out after calling myself and was informed by another employee. As I said, appalling from start to finish.
In comparison Charles always returned my calls if he had been unavailable, usually within an hour or less and then dealt with any questions I might have had very promptly. A prime example of this was when our solicitor incorrectly informed us that the property was Leasehold rather than the advertised Freehold on a Friday afternoon. I phoned Charles to inform him of this and despite it getting late on a Friday afternoon, he found the relevant information and spoke to the vendor to resolve the issue that day. I thought this was a great service.
As you can tell from above my initial experience of buying a property was a nightmare. To deal with Charles made the second time much more palatable!
